Questions & answers

Everything, in plain language.

No small print here — if something matters, it is written out. If an answer is still missing, the support chat at the bottom right reaches a person.

Getting started

What lalalust is, and what it costs to find out.

What is lalalust, in one sentence?

A marketplace where you commission adult content instead of subscribing to it: you describe what you want and name a budget, verified creators send you offers, and your money stays with us until you approve the delivery.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay per commission. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.

Do I need an account to look around?

No. Creator profiles and the catalogue are open — you can see who works here, what they offer and what it costs before you decide anything. An account is needed to post a wish, to buy, and to read other people's wishes.

Wishes are members-only on purpose: a profile is a shop window a creator chose to open, while a wish is a customer's private request. Nobody agreed to have that put on display.

How much does a commission cost?

Most orders land between $20.00 and $250.00. You set the budget yourself, and creators decide whether it works for them. Catalogue items carry a fixed price you can see before you click.

What if nobody makes me an offer?

Then nothing has happened and nothing has been charged — posting a wish is free. You can raise the budget, widen the description, or book someone directly from the catalogue instead.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes — 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. This applies to everyone: customers and creators. Creators additionally pass an ID and liveness check before their profile is visible.

Money

Where it sits, when it moves, and who takes what.

What happens to my money?

It goes to lalalust, not to the creator. It is only paid out once you release the delivery — or automatically 72 hours after the final delivery if you never respond.

The creator can see the order is funded, which is why she starts work, but she cannot touch the money.

What does lalalust charge?

A flat 15 % of the order, taken from the creator's side. There is no fee on top of your price and no membership charge. Creators keep 85 %.

What shows up on my bank statement?

A neutral descriptor that says nothing about this site or what was bought. Your display name is a pseudonym and is never linked to your real identity for other users.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in three situations: the creator never delivers by the agreed deadline; a case is decided in your favour; or a group commission never fills up. In each of them the money returns the way it came.

What is not refundable is a delivery that matches the brief. Taste is not a defect, and creators are protected against that — which is also why the brief is written down before anyone starts.

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Custom-made content is exempt from the EU right of withdrawal, because it is produced to your specification and cannot be resold. You are asked to confirm this before payment, as the law requires. Everything else — the deadline rules, the case procedure — still applies and is often more generous than the statutory right would be.

How do group commissions work?

Several people fund one piece together. Until the target is reached, every contribution is held. If it never fills up, everyone is refunded in full, automatically. Once production starts, the fund is committed.

Delivery & cases

What arrives, what to do when it does not fit, and who decides.

What if the delivery isn't what I asked for?

First ask for a revision and describe precisely what deviates from the brief. Revisions are included, not a favour.

If it still doesn't match, open a case before the 72 hours are up. Both sides write down their view, a person at lalalust reads the brief against the delivery, and decides: rework, partial refund, or all of it back.

Who checks the delivery?

A person on our team, point by point against your brief, before the file ever reaches you. If it plainly misses the brief, it goes back to the creator and you are not asked to deal with it.

Do I see anything before I pay the full amount?

Where a preview makes sense, yes: images arrive watermarked, video as a short clip. You can ask for changes at that point — before the final file exists.

How long do I have to decide?

72 hours after the final delivery. If you say nothing, the order completes on its own and the creator is paid — that protects her from an order that hangs forever.

What if the creator simply disappears?

Once the agreed deadline passes you can cancel and get everything back. If you forget, the system does it for you — money never gets stuck here because someone stopped answering.

Can I use what I commissioned however I like?

You get it for your own private use. Reselling or republishing it needs the creator's written agreement in the brief — she keeps the rights to her own image, always.

Privacy

Who can see what, and what we keep.

Can other people see what I ordered?

No. Wishes are visible to signed-in members only, and deliveries to you alone. Creator profiles are public because they are a shop window; your wish is not.

Does the creator learn my real name?

No. She sees your display name, which is a pseudonym you choose. Payment details never reach her — she is paid by us.

What data do you store about me?

Your email, your display name, your orders and messages, and the technical records needed to run and secure the service. Card data is handled by the payment provider and never touches our servers.

Read the privacy policy →

Can I get my data, or have it deleted?

Yes to both, from Settings. Export gives you a machine-readable copy. Deletion is permanent — active orders have to be finished and any balance withdrawn first, because otherwise someone else's money would be stuck.

Some records survive deletion because the law requires it: invoices for tax purposes, and the age and consent declarations attached to published files.

Do you use tracking or advertising cookies?

No. We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in, to remember your language and theme, and to protect forms against forgery. Nothing is shared with advertisers, because we do not sell advertising.

Safety & rules

What is not allowed here, and what happens when it appears anyway.

How are creators verified?

Every creator passes an ID and liveness check with an independent verification partner before her profile becomes visible. We receive the result — pass or fail — and never the documents themselves.

What content is prohibited?

Anyone under 18 in any form. Anyone who has not consented. Coercion or trafficking. Real violence or injury. Animals. Incest framing. Impersonating a real person. Anything illegal where either side is.

The house rules in full →

How do I report something?

There is a report control on every profile and every delivery. Reports about minors or non-consent jump the queue: the content is removed on sight pending review, the account is suspended, and where the law requires it we report to the authorities.

Something of mine was published without consent. What now?

Write to abuse@lalalust.com with the address of the page. We act within 24 hours and do not ask you to prove ownership first.

Can I appeal a decision?

Yes, once, in writing — and a different person looks at it. You are always told what was removed and why, with a reference to quote. We answer appeals within seven days.

For creators

Getting in, getting work, getting paid.

How much do I keep?

85 % of every order. There is no listing fee, no monthly charge and no cut for being featured.

When am I paid?

The moment the order is approved, the amount lands in your balance. If the customer never responds it completes automatically after 72 hours. You withdraw from your wallet whenever you want.

Do I have to post every day?

No. There are no subscribers to lose. You take orders when you want them and switch yourself to away when you don't.

How do I get verified?

Sign up, then run the ID and liveness check with our verification partner — a few minutes on your phone. We see only the result. Once it passes, your profile can go live.

Can I turn down an order?

Any order, any time, without giving a reason. Nothing is assigned to you — you send an offer only if you want the work.

What if a customer opens a case against me?

You are told immediately and you write your side into the same case room. The decision is made against the brief that was agreed, not against how the customer feels afterwards. A delivery that matches the brief is not refunded.

What is Lust Time and what do I owe there?

A live chat billed by the minute. You answer within 60 seconds; a missed window credits that minute back to the customer automatically. The minimum number of photos is set by you in advance.

Who owns what I make?

You do. The customer receives it for private use. Anything beyond that has to be agreed in the brief, in writing, by you.

Your account

Signing in, locking down, leaving.

I forgot my password.

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. The reset link is valid for one hour.

Can I use two-factor authentication?

Yes — Settings, security. Any authenticator app works. For creators it is strongly recommended, because the account holds money.

Can I change my display name?

Yes, in Settings. Reviews and completed orders stay attached to the account, not to the old name.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → the danger zone at the bottom. Your profile is anonymised permanently. Active orders have to be finished and your balance withdrawn first — that protects everyone's money, including yours.

Which languages does the site speak?

English and German. We pick one from your browser and your location, and you can switch it at any time at the bottom of every page.
