An order — no subscription needed.
Every purchase is one order with a price, a deadline and a named piece. A monthly place or a standing order exists only if you choose one — and ends with one click, no notice period.

Paid out only after your approval.
You pay upfront, but not to her yet. After delivery you have 72 hours to look; only then is she paid. If something is wrong, a person looks at the case.

Made with your name — hard to leak.
Custom pieces carry your name or your idea, so they are worth little to anyone else. If her work turns up elsewhere, lalalust sends the takedown notice in its own name — free for every verified creator.

Limits, stated before you pay.
Every offer says what you get and what is not included. Each creator sets her own limits; you see them before the button, not after.

Scarcity only when it's real.
A red number is her real remaining capacity. A deadline is set by the server, once. No countdown that restarts, and no public counter below five — under five we stay silent. Only you see the plain facts about who offers you something.

As little data as possible.
A pseudonym is enough. Your wish text never leaves our server and never appears in an email. Creators see your standing. Other members see only your pseudonym and rank in the monthly Lodge — and only if you stay in it; one click hides you.
What an order looks like.
Before you pay you read the contract: what you get, what is not included, by when. After you pay you see one sentence — she is on it — and the deadline, which never moves.
Asked before the first order.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay per order. A monthly place or a standing order exists only if you choose one, and it ends with one click.
When is the creator paid?
After delivery. You have 72 hours to look; if you open no case, the money is released automatically.
What if the delivery doesn't match?
You open a case within 72 hours. The money stays held while a person compares the delivery with what was ordered.
Who sees what I ordered?
You and the creator. Your wish text is never shown publicly and never sent by email.
Are the creators verified?
Every creator passes an ID check with our verification partner before anything of hers goes live.
