Creators keep the copyright in their work. If something here infringes yours, tell us and we act.

1. Sending a notice

Write to dmca@lalalust.com and include:

• Identification of the work you say is infringed.
• The exact address of the page or file on lalalust.
• Your name, address and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, an agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your signature — typed is fine.

We normally act within 48 hours, often faster. Content plainly published without the consent of the person depicted comes down immediately, and for that we do not require you to prove ownership first — write to abuse@lalalust.com.

2. If your content was removed and you think that was wrong

Send a counter-notice to the same address with the item, why you believe it was removed in error, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury. We forward it to the complainant. If they do not start legal proceedings within 10 to 14 business days, the content is restored.

3. Repeat infringers

Accounts that infringe repeatedly are terminated. We keep a record of notices and of what was done about each one.

4. False notices

A knowingly false notice is itself unlawful and can make you liable for the other side's damages and costs. Please be sure before you send one.
