Your money is held by lalalust, not by the creator. It's only released when you approve the delivery — or automatically 72 hours after the final delivery if you don't respond.
A sample so you can check the work before the full file unlocks. Image previews carry a visible watermark; video previews are short clips.
A change request against your brief. Two are included, three with Velvet.
Every final delivery is checked by lalalust against your brief before you see it. If something is still off, you have 72 hours to open a case: tick the points, pick fix / part / full, and a person decides.
A creator's count of delivered, approved orders. The seven-day count decides the weekly ranking: top 3 pay a 10 % fee, top 10 get the pinned row and early wish alerts.
The optional membership: message creators directly, 5% cashback, an extra revision, and priority placement.
Your real-time chat. Creators can send offers straight into the conversation.
A group commission: several collectors fund one pot, several creators fill the cast, the fund is split equally on approval.
Up to 15% of each order, so creators keep at least 85%. The top three creators of the week pay 10% and keep 90%. One fee, no hidden deductions.
