Creator Terms

These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service if you offer work on lalalust. Where the two differ for creators, this document wins.

1. You are independent

You are a self-employed contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of lalalust. You decide what you offer, at what price, for whom, and when. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, and no work is ever assigned to you — you send an offer only if you want the job.

You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions and for any registration your country requires of you. We report and withhold only where the law obliges us to.

2. Verification

Before your profile is visible you complete an identity and liveness check with an independent verification partner. The partner confirms to us that you are a real person and over 18. We receive the result, not your documents, and we do not store them.

Failing or refusing the check means no public profile and no payouts. Providing someone else's identity is fraud and ends the account permanently.

3. What you may upload

• Only material you made, or in which every appearing person has consented in writing and is over 18.
• Every upload carries a dated declaration of age, consent and rights, which is stored with the file and cannot be edited afterwards. That declaration is what makes our 2257 record-keeping real, so a false one is a serious matter.
• You keep proof of age for every person who appears and produce it on request.
• The Acceptable use policy applies to everything you upload, offer, describe or say.

4. Rights you keep and rights you grant

You keep copyright and all rights in your own likeness. You grant lalalust a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, thumbnail, watermark and display your material for the purpose of running the platform: showing your profile, delivering an order, checking a delivery, and handling a case.

We do not licence your work to third parties. We do not use it to train models and do not permit others to. If you delete an item, the licence ends for future use; copies already delivered to a customer under an agreed brief are not affected, and records we must keep by law remain.

What a customer receives is defined by the brief. Unless you agree otherwise there, it is for their private use only.

5. Orders and delivery

• You may decline any order, at any time, without giving a reason.
• Once you accept, the brief binds you: deliver what is written, by the agreed deadline.
• 2 revisions are included in every order. A revision request must point at the brief; you do not owe rework for a change of taste.
• A person at lalalust checks the delivery against the brief before it reaches the customer. A clear mismatch comes back to you before the customer ever sees it.
• Miss the deadline without agreement and the customer can cancel for a full refund.

6. Money

You keep 85 % of every order. Our 15 % covers verification, delivery checking, case handling, payment processing and chargeback risk. There is no listing fee, no monthly charge and no paid placement.

The amount lands in your balance when the customer approves — or automatically 72 hours after the final delivery if they never respond. You withdraw from your wallet whenever you like, through the payout methods in Settings. Payouts go to an account in your own verified name.

If a case is decided against you, or a customer's payment is reversed by their bank, the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance or, if it has already been paid out, invoiced back. We tell you why and show you the decision.

7. Lust Time

If you switch Lust Time on, you take on a promise the platform enforces: you answer within 60 seconds during a booked session. A missed window credits that minute back to the customer automatically. After 3 misses the session ends and the unused remainder is refunded. The minimum number of photos is the one you set in advance.

None of this is a judgement about you — it is a rule that lets a customer pay by the minute at all. If you cannot commit to it on a given day, switch it off; that is what the setting is for.

8. Conduct

• No off-platform payment or delivery to avoid our fee or our protections. This is the one breach that reliably ends accounts on both sides.
• No contact details in public text.
• No pressure on a customer to withdraw a case or a review.
• No fake reviews, fake accounts, or buying your own work.

9. Suspension and ending

You may close your account once active orders are finished and your balance is withdrawn. We may suspend or end an account for a breach of these terms, with notice and a reason, or immediately for a safety breach. You may appeal once, in writing, to a different person.
