18 U.S.C. §2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

On the basis of the declarations described below, all models, actors and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available through lalalust were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the material was created.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A are maintained by the respective content producers. Every portfolio item, catalogue sample, delivery and project file uploaded here carries a dated declaration by the producing creator confirming that all depicted persons were 18 or older, that they consented, and that the creator holds proof of age for each of them. That declaration is written at upload time, together with the date, the uploader's address and browser, and cannot be edited afterwards. The underlying proof of age for each depicted person is held by the producing creator, not by the platform, and is produced on request.

In addition, every creator is checked by us before any material of theirs becomes visible. Where the independent verification partner is connected on this installation, that check is an identity and liveness check with the partner; otherwise it is a review by a person at lalalust.
